Since 2004, Aldrich Solutions has been building sites and integrating them with Epicor Prophet21®, Epicor Acclaim, and others. For the last several years, the primary focus of Aldrich Web Solutions has been strongly on e-commerce systems that integrate tightly with Epicor Prophet 21. These systems now power millions of dollars in transactions every month and supply thousands of users with critical information day and night.
Aldrich Web Solutions, Inc has continued to grow their flagship product, WebAlliance, into more than just a simple e-commerce system. WebAlliance is now a very useful content management system, as well as a robust search engine built into the product. The WebAlliance product is continually enhanced by adding new features and modernizing the look and feel.
In order to best serve their customers, Aldrich partnered with TierPoint (formerly Colo4) in 2007. TierPoint provides a 1st class colocation facility where our e-commerce hosting servers are located. This arrangement gives Aldrich access to over 50 Gigabits of Premium Internet service, 24/7 Security, and the best power availability and redundancy available.

Meet The Team
These are the talented and hard working folks that answer your questions, provide support, do programming, create unique web designs, and more.
Heath oversees operations and handles most of the sales and marketing tasks. He fills in, consults, heads up projects, programs, and has even been known to take out trash.
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Sara helps out with our sales and marketing. She designs and plans our marketing content, reaches out to new contacts, schedules demos, and drafts proposals.
Lead Web Developer
Cody is responsible for most of the HTML work you see. He does the web designs, graphics work, talks with customers about their design needs, and does some web development.
Kelly helps out with office tasks, answers your phone calls, directs traffic, and is responsible for making sure your payments end up in the right place.
Lead Computer Programmer
Chris is responsible for much of the current code that powers the website. He works both client side and server side code to provide an optimal customer experience.
Lead Customer Experience Specialist
Keith is responsible for 2nd tier customer support. He works with new clients to help them get their sites configured. He also heads up most of our training.
Customer Experience Specialist
Eric is responsible for 1st tier customer support. He reviews support needs and assists our clients in resolving any issues or questions.
Aldrich Web Solutions
Aldrich Web Solutions began as a part time venture (then known as Aldrich Electronic Service & Support).
Aldrich Solutions begins building sites and integrating them with Activant Prophet 21, Activant Acclaim, and others.
The name was changed to reflect that the company didn't actually work on DVD players... the calls for electronic repair were driving everyone insane!

Aldrich Web Solutions continues to grow in size, and relocates from Oklahoma to Marion, Illinois.
Changes to most areas of the system including search, shopping cart, item attributes, many new features and enhancements were released with WebAlliance 6. The WebAlliance framework continues to be enhanced approximately every one to two weeks with new features and enhancements.
Aldrich added about 600 sq ft of space (get pics from Facebook or Kelly) to accomodate extra staff and room to grow and serve our customers better.
